I was going to draw something patriotic for Independence Day, given my origins and the fact that I am still more American than Canadian, but instead, I give you raver clowns.
It had to do with some unexpected music emanating from the shrine circus set up in our neighbourhood mall parking lot. In fact, these characters are DeeDee from Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.
